Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

Build-in BATTERY --- Works on battery, can work at night or on cloudy days. Please let it charge up for hours initially before first use (Note - it only charges in the "ON" position --- Cover the solar panel, put the pump into the water, if the water pump is working, indicating that it is in on position. If not, it may take 24 hours to charge. If still doesn't charge, try to switch the button and see if it will work)

Two-way Filter Box --- Float on the water or submerge into water with 3 suction cups, choose one to fit your feed. The filter box can avoid the pump getting blocked with dirt
Anti-idle Protection --- Built in sensor to protect pump from working without water(Only if on MODE high setting) --- Once stop working, you have to reactivate the pump Cover the solar panel in sunlight then expose it, put the pump into water quickly)
